Maison was started by Yansen and his business partner. Their vision is to bring together both technical expertise and investment experience in order to help clients make the right decisions throughout the life cycle of their land development. Looking back to their past subdividing and building projects and reflecting on the lessons learnt, it became apparent that many of their earliest projects could have been strategised and managed differently that would've resulted in higher profit and faster growth in their portfolio. In some cases, the "loss" of potential profit was almost as big as their project costs. Realising the magnitude of this real yet invisible cost of not knowing, they sought for new ideas, better strategies and continuously strive for efficiencies. Through the journey they were lucky enough to meet the like-minded team of specialists and building partners who share the same values and ambition, and this was when Maison started.
